About the author (2010)

Robert A. Battram graduated from the University of Toronto and served eight years in the RCAF. He earned an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and went on to work in Canada’s federal government at fourteen various agencies, focusing on engineering, finance, corporate policy and governance.
